Protein :
Hair is made up of protein and thus deficiency of the same in your diet can lead to hair loss. Therefore all protein rich foods like one's given below are good for your hair:
1. Various dals like moong dal, tur dal and urad dal.
2. Nuts like cashew nut, pista
3. Eggs and meat

Amla is said to check greying. Drink the juice of one raw Amla mixed with a glass of water, every day.

Add amla to heena powder. Heena will add body to your mane.

Soak a handful of dry amla in 2 to 3 cups of water, overnight. Next morning, strain the water, but don't throw it away. Grind the amla to heena, add the ground amla, 4 tsp each of lemon juice and cofee, 2 raw eggs, 2tps oil and make a thick paste. Apply on Hair. After two hours, wash off with plain water.
Some Healty Tips:
Consume greenleafy vegetables like spinach, methi, lettuce, beans as salads, soups, or cooked vegetables on a daily basis.
Eat at least 2-3 fruits of either variety in a day: apple, sweet limes, oranges, guavas, strawberries and kiwis.
Consume plenty of fluids like buttermilk, coconut water, lime juice and water.
Exercises for Hair:
Exercise improves the blood circulation to the scalp and stimulates the hair follocles making them stronger. Do the following exercises daily.
- Sit cross-legged on the floor. Hold your hands behind your back. Bend forward and touch your forehead to your right knee. Hold until a count of 10. Slowly come back to your original position.
- Repeat the same procedure touching your forehead to the left knee.
- Repeat the same procedure by touching your forehead to the groung.
- Do this exercise 5 times on each side.
About Hair:
- Losing from 50 - 100 hair per day is considered to be normal. This hair fall is a part of the body's natural regenerative process.
- You will experience a slight increace in hair fall in the winter months. This is because excessive drying of skin.
